  • Is my Green Card Conditional Green Card?

My Card states that I am resident since 03/2009 and my card would expire in 03/2019. I just wanted to make sure that my card is not temporary card and that I dont have to remove the conditionality after two years. Do the dates on my card means that my card in not a temporary card or is there is some other indication on the card that would indicate that I need to apply to remove the conditionality.

I received my Green card since my spouse is citizen. And I recieved 2 years after our marriage.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

    Regards

If you got a 10 year card initially, that means that your marriage had already lasted at least two years when the LPR status was approved. Your admission or adjustment code is either IR-1 (eneterd on visa) or IR-6 (adjusted in U.S.) as a spouse of a USC. If you were conditional your code would be CR instead of IR.

What are your circumstances? What code did you get?
