Entering USA after almost 2 years with ReEntry Permit which date?

Hi so I have a Greencard, and I left USA on the July 20 2021 to finish work at my country of birth. I got my USA rentry permit from the local US embassy, whose expiration date is 10 September 2023. Issue date of this Reentry permit is 11 September 2021.

My question is, with this Reentry permit with me, do I have to return by July 20 2023 (2 years after departure date from USA) or by 10 September 2023 (expiration date of my US Reentry permit) ?

Also are there any other documents I have to carry with me besides Passport & Greencard?

You should be back in US by 09/10. GC and RP should suffice. These days, CBP is NOT looking at passports of GC holders.
