I received a notice of action stating that my petition to remove conditions from my green card was approved, and the case status tracker says the green card has been delivered. However, I have not received it and suspect it was lost in the mail. I have an expired, conditional green card with an extension notice for 24 months, meaning that my green card is valid until October. Can I still travel abroad with the expired green card and extension notice, even though a new card has technically been issued (but I haven't received it)?
