  • My new GC has my pervious surname, what can I do?

I got my card 10 years ago, then after two years I changed my last name in my country. That included birth certificate, national id card, dl, everything. So consequently I filed an I90 application which approved and got a new GC with correct info. Now I filed another I90 application for a 10 year renewal, but the new card has my old info printed on it.
Any idea what should I do, or is it my fault or cbp?
    Your help is greatly appreciated.

The question is why they again printed my former last name after issuing one card in my current surname... Might it be because of SSA/N? should I had already updated my info there also?

My current and correct surname according to the passport, and expired card. I didn't see any reason to mention again that I had changed the surname previously once again.

free I-90 if you can prove the typo was not your fault
