Conditional GC Expires in November 2023

My conditional green card is expiring on November 8, 2023, and I have business travel plans scheduled for September 2023 for a duration of two weeks. Can I still travel with my unexpired green card in September?

You will have no problem traveling before the green card expires. And you should also have no problem traveling after it expires also -- you will file I-751 for removal of conditions in the 90 days before November 8, 2023, and you will receive the I-751 receipt which serves as a 48-month extension letter. This means the I-751 receipt plus your expired green card together serve as a valid green card for all purposes, including work and travel, until November 2027.
