I-90 filed, I-551 stamp at Biometrics Appt

Hi All,
I filed I-90 on Nov 19, and have a biometrics appointment on Dec 21 at Alexandria, VA. Has anybody had experience getting their passport stamped at their fingerprinting interview, especially at Alexandria, VA? Your help is appreciated.

Just came back from Alexandria ASC, they took FP and Pic, but declined to stamp my passport with I-551 stamp. They said, I have to take an infopass appointment and go to their main office in Fairfax to get a stamp. What a waste of time...

Had infopass appointment this morning at Norfolk, VA. Got the I-551 stamp valid for a year. Good enough for now...
