Hi I have recently recieved F2b immigrant visa from London US embassy..valid till May end 2011.
I work for a US based Inv Bank in London and am planning to shift to US somewhere in sept 2011. If i am entering US in Feb 2011 on my immigrant visa and coming back to UK in 1st week of March. Will i need to apply for a reentry permit.? I am so confused...
Should i travel to US in May2011 and shift to US permanantly in Sept ?Will i need a Re entry permit then ?
Also if i need to get a re entry permit when should i apply ? Do i need to wait for fingerprint appointment..or i can comeback to london and collect the re ent permit from embassy.
