New Immigrant Port of Entry questions

I have questions about how to complete the US Customs and Border Protection Form (Form 6059B) for a new immigrant who come to the US with immigrant visa:
1. How shall the new immigrant answer question #7 "Country of Residence" ?
Is it his/her original country or US ?

2. On question #15 which one shall he/she answer the "Residents" or the "Visitors" question ?

3. At the airport, which line shall he/she go to ? The Permanent Resident or Visitor line ?

If you don't have a greencard in your hand when you enter the US, then I would say you are a visitor and a resident of the country in which you hold a passport. A visa in your passport doesn't make you a resident of the US yet.
