I applied green card through marriage but 10 days before the interview I got involved in a sting operation and arrested for selling alcoholic beverage to a minor-accidentally and I never plead guilty because I was happen to be there just to help a friend out for couple of hours.
Case is dismissed and sealed with ACD on second hearing with 24 hrs probation and USCIS granted my LPR status after the case is closed. (NY state)
However I plan a trip abroad to my home country after 1 year of this incident and I am not a citizen yet. I am quite sure I will have a secondary investigation on my arrival but wonder if there will be any problem much serious like barring my entry or such?
