Out of Status Because of Divorce

Hi

I have a 2 year conditional GC which I got by marrying a US citizen & through Adjustment Of Status (I-485). I want to know if I'm out of status or have I done something wrong by not informing USCIS of my divorce with US citizen until now.

Conditional GC is due to expire in April 2011. But we got divorced after 10 months of marriage. She pressed false charges of fraud marriage in court and asked for annulment But after she didn't had anything to prove it, we divorced with mutual consent on the settlement conference day in court. I received the final divorce decree in October 2010.

Please guide me in the right direction.
