  • When can a GC holder apply for Citizenship?

Question for Parents. They are on GreenCard and want to check on when can they apply for Citizenship?
Are there are any specific days to count? Can we get any from anywhere to see that information?

    Thanks

Take the "resident since" date on their green card, count forwards by 5 years, then backwards by 90 days. That's the earliest they can file N-400 under the 5-year rule (assuming they have not interrupted continuous residence during that time).

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

If you're working toward an EB1 or NIW green card, building a strong professional profile is crucial. Here are some ways we assist individuals in improving their eligibility:

      1. Research Paper Writing Guidance
      2. IEEE/Scopus Journal Publication Support
      3. Opportunities to Serve as a Judge or Reviewer
      4. Editorial Board Memberships
      5. Association/Organization Memberships
      6. Keynote/Invited Speaker Engagements

These elements can enhance the "extraordinary ability" or "national interest" aspects of your case.
