Gc Holder has wife and kid in India

Hi,
I got my GC approved (under EB2) Last week and i have not received my approval copy yet. I want to apply GC for my wife and newley born son in India. I heared that i can apply form I-130 in NewDelhi Embasy in india for processing (it takes 1 week for processsing). Does anybody have idea what the process is? if not what the procedure for applying GC for them..Please advise...

As of today I know that it takes about 9 years because you are a green card only.
If you'd be a USC it goes to first catg. and there is not waiting period.
