Husband and Wife parallel green card Processing

I have been working on h1b from 3.5 years for normal desi consultant and started green card Processing. recently LC got approved. My employer saying he will apply for I140 next month

But my wife also working on H1b for good company as full time employee and her employer will start green card processing in few months as per agreement.

I heard that i need to add spouse name in I140

Here my questions
1. If i add spouse name in I140 . will it impact on her green card processing?

2. where i should be careful in this scenario (parallel green card processing)?

3. should i apply I140 in premium/regular? which one is safest?

There is no problem in parallel greencard processing and adding each other.

Of course, preimum is faster.
