Renewal of Green Card

Hi Sir,

I am a Permanent resident of United States of America. Now I am residing in INDIA working with Oracle Corporation at Bangalore, INDIA
My Green Card is expiring in July 2011.

How do i renew my Green Card? I have not been to USA in past 2 years
Can I apply to extend my parmanent resident status with existing Green Card?
Although the permanent resident status does not EXPIRE with Green CARD? is it TRUE I would like to extened my permanent resident with Green Card. How can I do it?
