My family and I won the DV 2010 lottery. Wife , 2 babies and I entered the US this year to take procession of our green cards. We did not have enough time to apply for the Reentry permit in the US. We back in our home country.
My wife and I plan to reenter the US within a year, my question is do I need to take my 1 year old twins with.
If my babies don't enter the US within a year what are the implications on their Permanent Resident status.
I'm asking this question as it was extremely difficult travelling with babies.
I do plan to move once the babies are little older and self reliant.
