Can employer sponsored people apply for RP (I-131)

Hello All,

My employer sponsored me under the EB2 category and we landed in February this year.

Can I still apply for I-131 Re-entry? Or could USCIS deny it as a US based employer who sponsored me needs my services (got the immigrant visa on these basis)

Would really appreciate your insight.
