Wondering how many times am I allowed to enter and leave the USA

As many times you want, as long as you spend at least 6 months out of a year in the U.S.

I have visited india

Jan2011 depart to Jun 2011 Arrival (5 month)
Aug 2011 depart to Dec 2011 Arrival (5 month)
And again i am planning to go on Feb 2012 for 1 month

is it safe if i go this time for just one month. When u say, u have to spend more than 6 month in US. from which date they consider start of the year. from Jan 1st or from last time i visited inida.

Don't spend more than 6 months outside the U.S. during any visit and you are fine.
