Where to start from?ok,i entered in good faith marriage with US citizen(my husband),and obtained my conditional permanent resident card.everything was great until about a month, when i realize that my husband was having an affair with another woman.he was seeing her frequently about 3 month or so.i found out about his "second life",when he called me from jail becouse he was arrested on domestic violence charges.the domestic violence??? with another woman???i was shocked.he was never abusive on me.i guess that other woman didn't know that he was married and made statement that they live together, and that how he has been charged with domestic violence.anyway, that woman didn't press charges against my husband, and all charges against him have been dropped.but arrest is still on his record.after that we decided to start with counseling, hoping that that will save our marriage.finaly,i decided to forgive him and give him one more chance.....the thing is that in next month or so,we are about to file jointly for removing conditions of my green card.my question is:should we mention his stupid arrest in our application???should we sent arrest report and dropping charges paperwork with my application??how will his arrest on domestic violence charges affect my I-751 application???please help,i don't know what to do....thank you

If there is any part in the application that requires you to mention this incident, you have to! You cannot hide anything to Immigration! Lying will cause harm to your process ( jail and deportation). Just answer truly what you have been asked! The police report can be attached to the application (or taken to the interview) if needed. Since the charges are dropped, it should not be a problem.Anyway, Immigration would do backgrounds check before further action on any application! Good luck.
This my opinion, consult a lawyer to be sure!
