Two years ago, me and my family got the diversity lottery visa and the US green cards. I was still finishing my studies in Germany we kept going back and forth between Germany and USA, visiting the states every 10 -11 months and staying there for about 4 weeks.
The idea and the argument we had the I am still finishing my studies and as soon as I finish we will come and live permanently in the states, which still is the case.
Now, we have the chance after living in Germany for more than 7 years to apply for the German nationality and passport (we are originally from the middle east).
The question is would it be a problem when we re-enter the states having changed our nationality and passport, will it cause any problems for our green cards?
Please keep in mind, that we still want to come to the states and live permanently as soon as I finish which is middle of next year, and in order to get the German nationality we have to give out our original nationality.
Thank you very much for your replies in advance.
