Hi,
I got my green card in june 2007. I went to US in november 2007 and came back to india after staying 3 months in united states. Before i came back i applied for travel document I-131 for period of 2 years. My travel document was valid till may 2010. In December 2009 i came to united states, while the travel document was valid stayed for a month till december 31 and i had to come back to india.
While i was out of the country (united states) for two years i filed taxes for those two years as my advocate told me to do so to keep my green card alive.
Now, as i have stayed little more than 2 years out of the country (united states) and my travel document has expired, what are my chances to come back to United States on my green card?
