Can I apply for re-entry permit immediately after getting a green card?

Hi.I hope you can help me with some questions:

Can I apply for re-entry permit soon after I receive green card? The thing is: I'm just arriving to the states where I'm gonna wait for my GC. My job is really specialized and scarce in this moment, (concept art for fantasy games) and in past few months all my applications had been rejected.. The cost of living being jobless is really high, so I have to be ready to go home temporary until I find the right job.
Any solution to this?

yes u can apply for re entry permit...eventhough you havent got hard copy of greencard..once u enter usa..they wud stamp ur passport..that stamp is as good as greencard. you can immediately file for re entry permit and follow the instructions...i can understand ur situation..i am in similar problem..the US economy is in toilet for next 100 years.

traveling in and out the us to take care of my business in my home country

HI i would like an advise about my green card my husband and my daughter also me all have 10yrs green card we are almost in the us 17 mths and on to this day we can't seem to get a job and if u do get a job under pay we have our business in our home country which is really do well but and would like to know how often can we be out of the us and what is the requirement because in the us the cost of living is very high with the bills and rent etc could u advise my kid will atten school in our home country plz reply anyone
