  • B1/B2 Visitor Visa status after giving up Green Card

I went to USA on B1/B2 visitors Visa, I got married to US citizen, and changed my VIsa status to Conditional Green Card Valid for 2 yrs, Marriage did'nt work out and we got divorced in just 8 months, before removing the 2 years condition, I Left USA and Came to Canada after staying in USA for 8 Months only (the day i recieved my green card, I left USA), my Green Card is already expired, Now i am Canadian perm-Resident, I want to know What is the Status of my Previous B1/B2 visitor Visa which was issued in 2008 and expires in 2013, is it still good to visit USA from Canada.
    Thanks

Getting married while on B1/B2 visa is frowned upon - the right way to do it is thru a fiance visa. In any case, your B1/B2 visa should still be valid.

Did you surrender your GC ? If not - you should.

I have not officially surrender, But during my canadian PR process, Canadian immigration confirmed with USA immigration about my Green, where US immigration informed the Canadian, that my Green card is conditional, and if i dont remove the condition within two years it will loose my US permanent status, my green card was expired 10 months ago. What should i do now?
