N-400 Detail List of Trips Outside USA last 5 years

I have had a greencard for 6 years and am starting the process of Naturalization. How accurate does the list of trips outside the USA need to be?

We are from Canada and have traveled back frequently. I am not sure how I accurately list all trips back to Canada.

(Our longest trip outside the USA has been for 3 weeks, but there have been numerous weekend driving trips.)
