Hello, everyone. This is my first time on this site and I hope I can get some clarification.
My husband enetered the U.S. illegally. He was Paroled and his Asylum case was denied and he was to be deported. Since then, we married and he has TPS. Am I able to file I-130 and or I-485 for him since he was once up for deportation. Please give me some direction. Thanks!
