one of my friend wants to travel to india with me. he is vietnamese citizen, but a US permanent resident for the last 17 years. he doesnt have any passport. can anyone tell me what documents he needs for getting an indian visa?
it is really inconvenient for him to apply for a vietnamese passport, as he is gonna have his uS citizenship test soon. I really have no idea as to waht documents does the indian embassy require for granting visa in this case. can he get a visa just on the basis of his green card? does he not require any other document, like a travel document?
