My boyfriend and me are getting married and he is planning to file my green card. I just wanted to know what are the minimum financial requirements for this application?
He doesnt have that many savings in his account but has a job that pays him well. I heard it should be more than the poverty line which is $25K. But with the yearly pay does he also have to show money in his savings/checkings bank account ? how much should it be?
