I am applying for reentry permit from USA in I 131.
I will apply fro USA & want the Re entry permit to be sent to my USA address.
If you see I 131 , see page 3 , only Para 1 I can give the
USA address.But If you see Para 2 , the office column
denotes that the reentry permit will be sent to address
in para2.But the address in para2 only shows the
other person applying on my behalf & that too the foreign address & not local USA address.Could you kindly read the I131 & clarify.

That's an error in the form. Just strike out the "Part 2", and write "Part 1" in there.

How can the applicant strike anything in the column meant for office use.Will it not be viewed seriously.Is there any otherway?

Not in the office use column.
In Part 3, it asks (on page 2) "Where do you want this travel document sent?" It is there where you have to select checkbox a, and change it to read "Address in Part 1, above."
