Folks, being new to the forum, could any of you please enlighten me about the pattern followed by USCIS to order the plastic cards after getting stamped. I have seen some folks get cards earlier than the other, even though they have got their stamping done at the same time.
Also some get it in one month, whereas the others may get it in 3 to 4 months.
The question is:
1.) Is GC dependant on the place of stamping. Are there separate sections in VSC for different states.
2.) Are the cards ordered once every cycle (a cycle might be occuring once every 3-4 months or so.)
