i wonder if anyone can help us. my husband and i recieved an employment based GC in sept of last year. We choose to go to the embassy for compliation on returning back to the states our employer had to make us redundant. My husband managed to find work at another company doing the same job same pay ect. We have a good realsonship with our former employer and will most likely go back and work for them when the work has picked. How ever a old "friend" decided we shouldnt have got the green card and reported us to the INS they accussed us of fraud..However we have been to court once and the judge wanted to throw it out based on a sworn affidavit from our old company explaining that we all proceeded with out preknowledge of the up and coming redundances..However the INS now are accuseing us of invalitity of the green card. Does anyone know where we stand or how we should fight this are last attornrey is not experienced in green card tecnicallititys and no one seems to know the answer to where we stand. I need some good advice because as i call around different lawyers they are all saying different things. Does anyone know the law on this
