Evidence for re-entry permit application?

Hi Everyone,

I will be applying for a re-entry permit soon. I had a question about what supporting documents (if any) should I be submitting with my application? According to the instructions, we need to submit a photocopy of the green card or a copy of the biographic page of your passport & a copy of your visa page or a copy of your temporary evidence of resident status.

Are there any other documents required? E.g. Tax papers, letter from employer? Please let me know if you have any information regarding this.
