Me and my family got L1A visa in 2011 and I travelled to the US while my family stayed in India due to domestic compulsions. I applied for green card in January this year which is confirmed now. My family continue to remain on L2 visa and they are still in India. What is the possibility for me to get their green card ?? Can we apply for family based green card and how much time it takes ?? Can we apply in India as well ??
