My name is Jayesh, my uncle is a Green card holder and wants to start a company over here, so i want finance him but i don't want file and EB-5 visa or stay here[USA] for long time. my question is :-
1) Can i finance the money to my uncle, so that he can start the company with his name over here and i will be the silent partner?
2) If i finance him, Can i make the agreement for profit sharing?
3) I don't want any EB-5 or Green card, am i eligible to Finance him,as he is my uncle and i do have b1/b2 visa status?
