Sponsoring GC for parents

Hi All,
I got my GC one month back and want to know the process to apply for GC to my parents.

1. After I got my citizenship only should apply for GC to my parents?
2. If there is an alternative what forms and the process should I go through?

Based on what I know, Curently there is a 9 year waiting for this.
Wait until you became a USC and that is the first category and no waiting.
