Retaining Green Card after exiting US
My Mom is a green card holder. She left US on July 2nd 2012 and she is planning to return to US around 3rd week of March 2013.
Will there be any issue when she enter US in March 2013? I would like to know whether she need to enter US before January 2nd 2013 (or) whether she can return in March 2013 with no issues? Any information you could provide on this topic is appreciated!
