You need to collect as many documents or papers to show both names of it.
Including Junk mail, Magazine subscriptions, a neighbor affid. If you have taxes, bank accounts, pictures,cable bills, phone bills,long distance, utilities bills, A copy of both of your Driver licenses shoing the same address. Insurance (auto or medical), if you ever bought soemething toghet., a credit card you or your spouse added to that account shoing 2 names, lease or rent contract shoing 2 names,
