Hi, I've just been granted a permanent resident visa and my wife and I are planning to visit Philippines this April. We were told that we need to attend the CFO seminar to obtain a CFO sticker on our Philippine passport. Some of my friends said they weren't required to attend the seminar and the sticker. Some of our relatives told us to do so in order to exit the country.
