Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190)
For one to be qualified for Subclass 190 Visa.
1) Would we need to be invited by a State / Other govt agencies ? What does invitation mean.
2) Does it mean that even though the govt nominates, would we still need to find a job ourselves in that particular region. OR can we go to other region for Job ?
3) Is there a minimum # of years requirement to stay in that region?
Whats the main difference between Subclass 189 and 190 is as follows:
1) In subclass 189 one can go to any location in the country and find a job whereas in subclass 190 is it region specific ?
Lastly, whats are the chances of getting a invitation / approval under Subclass 190 visa category
