Rejected Visa subclass189
Hi,
So i messed up badly when applying my EOI. I was trying to state that I applied for my skill assessment on the 13th May. I didnt realize that I need to be fully assessed before I can be invited. So I was invited in June and applied for it. I just received my refusal letter stating that I was not even qualify for the visa (I receive my assessment in late july).
As I am still on my other visa, I can reapply. But I am worried my application will be refused on the basis that my first application was refused. That they think I am deceptive when really I just did not read the terms and conditions carefully.
Please advise.
