No Surname in degree certificates

Hi,

I have my DOB corrected with surname recently. My degree certifcates don't have surname. And my passport also doesn't have surname. It is blank currently. What to do? I want to apply for Australian PR.

Also I forgot to mention that the University people have not accepted my application to include surname in certificates... Please advise.
And recently also got to know that 10+2+3 is required to process PR. But I have heard other wise. I have done my B.com graduation. My current work experience is 10 years (IT Industry).
