My name is Ishan Patel. I want to migrate to New Zealand as PR. I do not hold any experience or education in New Zealand. I have given IELTS but my wife hasn't given IELTS. My IELTS score is as below

Is it mandatory or optional for a spouse to give IELTS?
How much minimum band is required for PR of NZ? I have taken another date for IELTS as I am targeting 6.5 bands in each module.
I have 8 years of experience in Marketing field. Please let me know if you need any other details. Also, let me know that under which category I can apply for PR of New Zealand? Please let me know what I require to get my PR application approved. I want to live in New Zealand for a lifetime so also let me know how I can become New Zealand Citizen after PR.
