My name is Saki, and I am 18. My girlfriend is a Latvian citizen with a Latvian passport, and I want to bring her back to Australia with me. She is 15.
Could someone please tell me what is the correct visa to apply for. She may do school here, or work, or just a temporary visit (for 1 year). I need to know where to find the correct application form. Please link me directly to the form(s).
