482 employer sponsored Visa - QA role

Hi All, I am in talks with a recruiter for 482 employer sponsored Visa - Senior QA role and it would be for 2 years.
Can you guys help in answering below questions

1. For QA role and i am in automation field, can i get PR easily? Can my employer sponsor PR?

2. Can i get my parents visa for 1 year as soon as i start working on 482 visa?

Transitioning from a Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa (subclass 482) to Permanent Residency (PR) can be possible, but it depends on several factors such as meeting the eligibility criteria for PR, the occupation being on the relevant skilled occupation list, and your employer's willingness to sponsor your PR application. For many occupations, including QA roles in automation, there are pathways to PR through employer sponsorship, such as the Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186) or the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (subclass 187), if your employer is willing and able to sponsor you after the initial 482 visa period. However, PR eligibility and sponsorship are not guaranteed and require meeting specific requirements set by the Australian immigration authorities.

2. As a primary visa holder under the subclass 482 visa, you generally can't directly sponsor your parents for a visa. The subclass 482 visa does not include provisions for sponsoring family members like parents. To bring your parents to Australia, they would typically need to apply for a Visitor visa (subclass 600) or a longer-term visa based on their circumstances, which would be independent of your employment sponsorship under the 482 visa.
