Indian on work Visa Applying for Australian PR

Hi,
I am an Indian working in US on L1B visa since 2007. I am interested to apply for Australian PR (subclass 175).

Q1: To apply ACS for skill assessment, can I certify from notary of USA?
Q2: Is there any impact in processing time to get PR?

Reapply skills assessment result lette

Hello Friends,

I need some suggestions on below please.

Skills assessment on my past experience is already completed in April 2013 . Accidentally my attorney has sent/submitted only recent 6years experience (missed out initial 2 years experience) since I have over 8 years experience. Here are my questions..

1) Can I send out for review and get it revised skills assessment result letter?
2) With this revised assessment letter, can I get 15 points (overall exp is 8 Years or more.)?
3) Will revised assessment letter changes skill level requirement met date? I guess "No" because here we just adding new work experience to the Skills assessment results right?

Please help me here.

Applying Autralian PR by anL1A holder from US

Do we get any advantage in when we apply AUS PR from US. I am working in US (L1A holder).

Just want to know is it easy to get AUS PR from US than applying from India
