I am working in USA for some project on H1B visa.
My wife is on H4 visa. I got a daughter born in USA in 2011. My daughter is an US Citizen.
My wife and my daughter went to India in July this year.
My daughter has got visa of Multi Entry visa(Visa type X).
Her visa is valid till 2017
In the visa page of my daughter’s US passport , it is mentioned as 'Each stay not to exceed 180 Days. Hence No Registration is required.’
I wanted to know is there a way she can extend her stay beyond 180 days.
Or is there a way she can apply for PIO Card or OIC Card, while in India.
Need your expert advice on this.
