B2 visa to f1 - visa

Hi sir,
I am presently working in India and B-2 visa is sponsored by my employer. I have planned to visit us for my vacation for 2 weeks.
I have B-2 visa with M entries can i apply for F-1 visa in USA or i have to apply from my home country.
I am very much interesting to do some studies in usa. Is it possible to get change the B-2 visa to F-1. If I visit USA and RETURN to my home country with in 2 weeks.
After that visit can I apply for F-1 visa.

yes you can apply for the f1 visa while on b1 visa.
