Moving Back to India with Kid being US Citizen

Hi Everyone,

I am on L1 visa, and my kid (2.5 years old) born in USA and hence US Citizen, we are planning to move back to India permanently, what are next steps that i need to take with respect to my kid, so that he wont loose his US citizenship, and at the same time he wont face any issues in staying in India for at least next 10+ years. Do we need to inform anyone here in USCIS..?

No. A US citizen doesn't need to inform anyone. He won't lose his citizenship. It's his to keep. Get PIO at the Indian consulate.
