Hi All,
Need your expert advice regarding my H1B Pettition.I hold Indian citizenship and at present working in Singapore on work permit. My previous employers filed for my H1B pettion i.e I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER and it
was approved in JAN 2011. However I left the organisation and moved to Singapore now I have prospective employers in US, would request you to please help
me with below queries.
#1.) Can the same petition which was filed by my previous employers be transferred by my prospective employers in the US ?Iif yes will I be elligble
to get H1B Stamping. The Current Case Status for my pettition files is "Post Decision Activity".
#2) If the pettition can be transferred to a new employer what other documents would be required to be elligble for getting a H1B stamping as currently
the information I have WRT my h1b pettition is only the reciept no.
