Parents returning to India with electronics

Hi,
My parents are staying with us in USA on B2 Visa; they will be soon returning back to India. Can they take a laptop, a camera and a smart phone each (that is 2 laptops, 2 cameras and 2 smart phones in total)? Will they have to custom on it?
