H1B Transfer Risk and timeline
Hi All,
I am currently in a situation and need help & advice on the same. My current employer is repatriating me back to offshore in next 10 days.
How much time does it takes for and H1B visa to get transferred to a new employer?
If i go with individual consulting agents then is there any risk in visa documentation? The reason for this is that i am currently on valid petition till 2017 and whenever i get visa stamped and come again to US, will there be any extra scrutiny or risk during immigration?
