Clarificatin on B1 visa for re entry

I hold B1 visa and visited US for education meeting and i am running Education Consultancy in India. during the visit in USA i met new business Person he started a mart and appointed me as secretary of his Mart ( it is registered as corporation ) my name and address are legelly registered and paid all fees now my detail is available in secretary jessy white web. I returned from US as per the law (Max Stay 6months allowed ) now i need to return USA ( i am Staying in India for last 1 Month)for continueing the position and planning to register education office in USA we are representing colleges in US also ( Lincoln University, Army Navy Acadamy, California University etc can i go with B1 or Shall i want to change my Visa. Looking forward for a valuable reply
